Born and raised in Queens, NY, I have always had an eye for fashion and the passion to want to style others. I wanted women to look and feel beautiful! Although I grew up in NY, my roots are in the south. I created becca1916 to pay homage to my southern grandmother (whom I never met). She is the beginning of my life. I pay tribute to her courage, her determination, and her strength. Her love surrounds me daily and although she's  not here in the physical, I celebrate her Queendom in the spiritual. Beautiful, mother, daughter, sister, wife, and Queen.
